Sam Conniff, Michelle Clothier and Gavin Weale - oversee the initiative, offering hands-on direction, planning, guidance and pastoral care.

Project Manager
Mark Gurney

Mark Gurney - monitoring all apprentices, communicating with all line mangers and senior partners, and developing new business opportunities. Managing daily running of the apprenticeships and tutor and recruitment officer.

Employment officer
Caroline Roake

Caroline Roake - works with all apprentices in the second half of their nine month term, assisting in job searches, applications and interviews, aiming to place all graduate apprentices into full-time work within a month or less of finishing the apprenticeship.

Tutor - Lawrence Lartey
Lawrence Lartey

Lawrence has had a varied career within the media industry. He went from intern to contributing editor of Touch Magazine. He has also written cover stories for The Guardian, The Daily Record, and contributed to Now and Music Week amongst other publications. Not content with just writing, Lawrence has had stints at Kiss 100, Radio 1 and 1Xtra as a broadcast journalist, and has also reported for ITN. Currently he's managing editor of Redtop at The Roundhouse. Lawrence is also a visiting lecturer at LCC and holds a PGCE.

Tutor - Akua Afram
Akua Afram

A freelance music consultant with a A&R, publishing and licensing background. Has cleared music rights on behalf of Blue Mountain Music and the MCPS/PRS. Currently working with various artists and brands on partnerships, and administration of licensing and Synch deals for varioius media via her own company Aries Music Consultancy.

Tutor - Sarah Bentley
Sarah Bentley

A journalist for over 15 years specialising in music and fashion, alongside writing for ID and Guardian, Sarah has worked with Puma and currently edits Arise Magazine.

Resources and facilities

Music4Good has a bespoke training space based in Brixton which offers an excellent non-traditional classroom environment for teaching. Full kitted with Mac computers and presentation facilities, Music4Good is a dynamic and professional training organisation.
